Usage
GetMELoadings(seurat_obj, harmonized = TRUE, wgcna_name = NULL)
Arguments
- seurat_obj
A Seurat object
- harmonized
logical indicating whether MEs have been harmonized
- wgcna_name
The name of the hdWGCNA experiment in the seurat_obj@misc slot
