GetMEs(seurat_obj, harmonized = TRUE, wgcna_name = NULL)

Arguments

seurat_obj: A Seurat object
harmonized: logical indicating whether MEs have been harmonized
wgcna_name: The name of the hdWGCNA experiment in the seurat_obj@misc slot
